Refund and Returns Policy

Apex AI Experts provides digital software access and automation system packages that are delivered electronically. Given the digital nature of our products, refund eligibility is determined by whether platform access has already been issued and whether services have commenced.
Our software operates solely on the basis of user input and does not function autonomously, make independent decisions, or take actions without direct user engagement.

1. Before Access Is Issued

If a customer submits a cancellation request prior to the issuance of login credentials, system access, or setup materials, the customer may be eligible for a full refund. Requests must be made in writing to our support team.

2. After Access Is Issued

Once login credentials, system access, setup instructions, or digital materials have been provided, the product is deemed delivered. Following delivery, refunds may only be issued on a partial basis and will be assessed on a case-by-case review, taking into account the stage of access, extent of support provided, onboarding progress, and system usage to date.

3. Setup and Onboarding Services

Where onboarding, support, configuration guidance, or setup assistance has already been rendered, the fair value of those services may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services may be deemed non-refundable once delivery has taken place:
  • Issued login credentials and account access
  • Activated software licences and platform access
  • Completed onboarding and training sessions
  • Setup guidance and configuration assistance already provided
  • Delivered digital materials, documentation, or resources
  • Custom configuration or development work performed

5. Refund Request Process

Please include the following information with your request:
  • Order number or transaction reference
  • Full name as used at the time of purchase
  • Email address associated with the account
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request

6. Review Timeframe

All refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt. Apex AI Experts may request additional information to verify the order and properly assess the request before reaching a decision.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Apex AI Experts directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution. Direct communication allows us to review the matter promptly and work towards a fair resolution.

8. Final Decision

Apex AI Experts reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline any refund request based on the delivery status, access status, and the extent of services already provided. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Apex AI Experts.

By completing a purchase and receiving access credentials, the user acknowledges and accepts that the digital product has been delivered and activated.

9. Digital Product Delivery

Access credentials, system activation, and setup materials collectively constitute full delivery of the digital product.
Once access has been issued and the system activated, the product is considered fully delivered, and the terms of this Refund Policy shall apply accordingly
